Exercise 2013-Updated

 ***Sorry I tweaked my knee, need to find some alternatives– it’s waking me up it hurts so much!***

I don’t think I am going to do every day, maybe every other day or every two days, then take one day off, that may be better for my knee.

1-3-2013

Treadmill

40 mins–174 cals, 2.4 miles, 4 pound weights on arms, 60 reps each

1-4-2013

Treadmill

30 mins-160 cals, 1.70 miles, 4 pound weights on arms, 60 reps each

1-6-2013

Treadmill

35 mins–170 cals, 1.74 miles, 4 pound weights on arms, 60 reps each

1-82013

Treadmill

35 mins–202 cals, 1.94 miles, 4 pound weights on arms, 60 reps each

Legs 1.5 pound weights on legs

1-9-2013

Treadmill

35 mins–288 cals, 1.88 miles, 4 pound weights on arms, 60 reps each

Legs 1.5 pound weights on legs

1-12-13

1.5 miles outside, so not sure  how many calories, 1.5 pound weights on legs

1-14-2013, been taking a bit of a break my knee has been bothering me so no weights today and to keep it even, no arm weights either! Just was not feeling it this morning

35 mins–285 cals, 1.95 miles

Starting back slowly…

35 mins, 1.91 miles and 289 cals, I even jogged off and on till my knee gave out and since it did, I don’t want to beat myself up about this, I am going to do this every other day…

2/6/13

35 mins, 1.78 miles and 278 cals, I jogged  a bit less this time-used 1,5 pound weights on each leg, did floor work with 8 pound weights, 20 reps each arm and 50 crunches…

 

Going to work out tomorrow, having some issues with my knee again. (2/9/13)
